May 2017: The Christian Churches of Alabama donated the funds to build a place for campers to have a camp fire. The fire pit and several benches were constructed and installed on the southwest corner of the lake.

June 2017: The camp saw an increase of campers in the summer of 2016. A decision to begin building a fourth cabin was approved. The construction of cabin #4 was completed by the first week of summer camp.

February 21, 2018: A decison to move foward with installing a much needed pool was approved.
